LYVIA

Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This policy describes how LYVIA collects, uses and protects your personal data when you browse lyv-ia.com, request an audit or book a meeting with us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

1. Data controller

The data controller is LYVIA, publisher of lyv-ia.com. For any question about your data or about the publishing legal entity, you can contact us at support@lyv-ia.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data that you voluntarily provide through our forms or when booking a meeting: name, email address, company name and information about your project.
  • Browsing data collected automatically: pages viewed, traffic source, device and browser type, through audience-measurement cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your requests and organising a discovery meeting — legal basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures.
  • Improving our website and measuring its audience — legal basis: our legitimate interest, subject to your consent for the cookies concerned.
  • Sending you relevant commercial information — legal basis: our legitimate interest in B2B prospecting, with a right to object at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by LYVIA and by technical service providers acting as processors, solely for the purposes listed above:

  • LYVIA's booking tool (book.lyv-ia.com) — online meeting scheduling, with data stored in the European Union;
  • Google (Google Ads, audience measurement) — traffic analysis;
  • Apollo.io — identification and tracking of business visits;
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

5. Retention periods

Contact data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for up to 3 years from the last contact, for prospecting purposes. Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access, rectification and erasure;
  • right to restriction of and objection to processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at support@lyv-ia.com. As LYVIA is established in France, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state.

7. Cookies

This website uses audience-measurement and marketing cookies (Google, Apollo). On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse them. You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings.
